The bistrot
It is commonly said that when one door closes, a door opens. And in this case it's really true, since it wasn't Veronica who chose the location, but the location that chose Veronica, and only one week after her previous work experience ended.
The Bistrot is located just under the impressive walls of the castle of Barolo, in the heart of the famous and famed Langhe, and is a very unique venue in the area.
Besides the two beautiful inner rooms ("Turlini" room and "Reviglio" room, in honor of the painters whose works decorate the walls, a project that will see the alternation of other local artists) and the cozy and secluded terrace in the shadow of the castle, the originality of the Bistrot finds its maximum expression in its splendid "balconies": you can drink and eat outside while leaning plates and glasses on the railing and admiring the stunning view of the vineyards surrounding Barolo.
A GIRAFFE IN LANGA
The Bistrot's symbol is the giraffe, Veronica's favorite African animal when she was a little girl. As a totem it allows you to see what will happen in the future thanks to its long neck and receive balance and resourcefulness.

Our cuisine
In our menu you can not miss the great classics of Piedmontese tradition as vitello tonnato, ravioli del plin and the timeless boards of cheese and cold cuts, but these dishes alternate with more original proposals such as arancini and fettuccine with sardines, tomatoes and raisins, typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
At Petti't Bistrot you can breathe the atmosphere of "home" to welcome both the "locals" and the many tourists who visit Barolo: that's why you will find only good things with simple and genuine ingredients.
